UTILISATIONS / USES

Le polyéthylène HDPE (polyéthylène à haute
densité) est principalement utilisé dans les
secteurs de l’alimentation, de la médecine et la
chimie. Il entre dans la fabrication de réservoirs,
d’équipements sportifs, de prothèses, de
produits d’emballage et de plusieurs autres
éléments utiles à ces industries. / HDPE polyethylene (high density polyethylene) is mainly used in the food
industry, medical industry, and chemical industry. It is used in the manufacture of water tanks, sports equipment,
prothestics, packaging products, and many other items.

CARACTÉRISTIQUES / CHARACTERISTICS

• Le polyéthylène HDPE est un matériau blanc ou coloré, conforme aux normes sanitaires FDA
(naturel) et avec une bonne résistance aux produits chimiques. / Polyethylene HDPE is a white or
coloured material, following the FDA’s (natural) sanitary standards, and has good resistance to chemicals.
• Disponible dans un fini lustré ou autre, il se caractérise par sa rigidité, sa soudabilité et ses
propriétés thermoformables. / Available in a glossy finish or other, it is characterized by its rigidity, its
weldability, and its thermo-maleable/thermosettable properties.
• Cette formule de polyéthylène est reconnue pour sa stabilité et son uniformité. / This
polyethylene formulation is known for its stability and uniformity.
